Product Return Policy
Thank you for purchasing your product from BodySmart Wellness / Master-Center for Personal Development. We truly appreciate your business.
We make every attempt to see that your product arrives in good condition. If a customer thinks there is a production defect in any product purchased from us, the customer must acquire a return authorization number from our office before returning any product. All requests must be made within 10 days of our shipping the customer’s product. Once in position of an authorization number the customer may return the item for inspection. If it is determined by our office that the product was defective prior to leaving our facility the product will be replaced, at no cost to the customer, with another of the same product (no substitutions are allowed). We can not be responsible for items damaged in transit. That is the responsibility of the shipper. We will gladly insure your shipment at your request. The cost of insurance will be added to your total. Once an order is pulled from our inventory shelves, boxed and labeled (regardless whether or not it has yet shipped) there is a 10% restocking fee for cancellations. The restocking fee is always based on the full retail price of the item(s). For any orders cancelled or returned and/or returned as undeliverable, that require replacing back into inventory there will be a 20% restocking fee. All sale and/or discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales on media products are final.
